Tandoori and grilled fish




Ingredients


 1 fish 3 tablespoons (frozen fish) 

2 yogurt


4 tablespoons


4 egg yolks 1 tablespoon fresh cream 1 tablespoon


5 garlic ginger paste 2 tablespoons


6 roasted cumin powder half a teaspoon


7 yolks a pinch full


8 flour a tablespoon


9 salt Half a teaspoon


10 white pepper half a teaspoon


11 red pepper one teaspoon (crushed)


12 lemon juice one tablespoon


13 hot spices half a teaspoon


14 Half a teaspoon of turmeric

15 tablespoons butter


Preparation recipe

 1 Mix all the above ingredients and fill inside the fish cuts and put on top and keep for two hours 

2 Preheat the oven to 200 centigrade 

3 Put a little grease in a baking tray and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes Take out 

4, add butter and bake again for five minutes
